By creating an account or using Fettle, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Fettle helps you keep a food and weight log. Calorie, macro and target figures are estimates, calculated from what you or your assistant enter. They are not medical or dietary advice. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a health condition.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account, including anything an assistant you connect does on your behalf.

Assistants you connect

Connecting an assistant lets it read and change your log when you ask it to. Its answers and estimates are its own and may be wrong. You can disconnect it at any time in the app.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to access other people’s accounts or data.
• Do not abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to break the law.
• Do not create large numbers of connections or accounts automatically.

Availability

We work to keep Fettle running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change as the product grows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Fettle is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, including decisions you make based on estimated figures.

Ending your account

You can stop using Fettle at any time, and delete your account and data yourself from the app’s Settings (see Delete your account), or ask us to (see Contact). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
