Tell your assistant what you ate in your own words. It splits the meal into items, estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat, and adds them under breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks.
A ring shows what is left of your calorie target, with protein, carbs and fat beneath it. Meals are grouped, and you can step back through earlier days.
Build a routine yourself, or ask Claude to design one for your goal and equipment. Start it from the Train tab, log weight and reps for every set with last time shown beside it, and see your volume build up in Insights. You can also just tell Claude what you lifted.
When your assistant logs a meal it can estimate micronutrients too. Fettle adds them up for the day, with fibre, sugar, sodium, calcium, iron and the main vitamins shown against typical adult daily values. They are estimates, so use them as a guide.
Fix a quantity, change the meal, or delete an entry. A deletion can be undone for a few seconds. You can also add food by hand, and foods you have logged before are one tap to repeat.

With Health Connect turned on, Fettle reads the active calories your phone has recorded, including from Samsung Health, and shows eaten, active burn and net for each day. It also writes the food you log back to Health Connect.

See which assistant is connected and when it last used Fettle, and disconnect it with one tap. Once disconnected, it cannot read or change your log.
